If you plan meals around the coupons that meet your dietary needs you are guaranteed money. For a family of four this is easily a $20 savings each week. Nonprofit organizations can save 100’s. You can prepare during the commercial breaks when watching TV. For those of you willing to do some research try the Internet and contact the manufacturing of products you like or coupon sites.
