Employers step up fight against health costs

Massachusetts employers, struggling under the weight of increasing health care costs during the lingering recession, are taking action.  Health insurers say employer demand for new plan options is rising. Meanwhile, health insurance brokers say an increasing number of companies want out of their old insurance plans before their contracts are even up.
