Courts have been ruling that a bank has to honor agreements even if their finances to honor the obligation has changed.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>We use one because the bank we were using for the previous 10 years denied our loan application and the credit union did not. They have been great to deal with for the last couple years.</description>
